Is the lined paper a windows background on your desktop or a setting in InkDesktop?

It's a background, I wasn't happy with the built-in Ink Desktop backgrounds, and I tend to write really small, so I made a custom 768x1024 image using a scan of a legal pad, and leaving enough room at the left of the screen for desktop icons, since icons tend to distort the background image when using Ink Desktop.
How did you scan the legal pad?
